Multiradionuclide evidence for an extreme solar proton event around 2,610 B.P. (∼660 BC)

If you have ever heard about The Carrington Event, this study talks about two Solar events on Steroids as compared to the Carrington Event. If an event like what is described from both 2610 BP and 774/775 AD were to repeat itself today; in our age electronics nothing would be safe.  The grid which is not hardened against an EMP from the Sun would be knocked out and it would be anyone's guess to how many decades it would take to recover. Pick any time period you want; The Revolutionary War; Post Civil War or anything in between and that is how far back we may get set back to. I say it all the time.
