The last time we had a series Solar Flare Events powerful enough to cause real problems here on Earth was 1859. This event caused Telegraph Lines and Offices to catch fire. Known as the Carrington event, A Super Solar Flare which took place on Thursday Morning September 1st, 1859 also gave us Brilliant Auroras which brightened Pre Dawn Skies. Researchers believe it was the biggest Geomagnetic Storm to take place in 500 years. While there have been lessor Geomagnetic Events since the Carrington Event we could be overdue for another powerful Geomagnetic Storm. Earth Protective Magnetic Field is Weakening 10 Times Faster Now and another Carrington Event could be devesting for all things electronic.

Weather, 11 March Climate v. Humanity
