Japan Receives the Heavy Snowfall it has Been Waiting For" One of the most important things to keep in mind about Grand Solar Minimums is how inconsistent the observed weather can be. More so, than during periods of warming. For Example; During the Last series of Grand Solar Minimums between 1280 and 1850 different parts of the globe experienced a shift in what areas may have been warmer or cooler. In fact Alaska, and the Eastern Pacific and California seems to have experienced a Warmer Climate. Today however, we have a different set of circumstance and only time will tell which areas of the Globe will be warmer or cooler. But if there is one thing to be sure of is that a Meridional Jet Stream, a weakening of Earth's Magnetic Field and a host of other variables will continue to wreak havoc on Earths Weather Patterns as we descend deeper into into the next series of GSM's.
As for now, we can look to places like Japan which has had some inconsistent Weather Patterns or that's at least as far as David T seems to imply. According to his Article and Post "At last! Japan Receives the Heavy Snowfall it has Been Waiting For" David mentions that the first part of the winter has lacked any major snow events. This in itself is not indication of anything but merely an example of what one might observe locally during a GSM. But as always please look at the article. According to Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia, within a few years winter snowfall will become “a very rare and exciting event.” “Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,” he said. (The Independent; March 20, 2000) Warmists are actually a mass of Conflicting Impulses. These same Warmists are now claiming that the alleged Linear Warming is causing Cooling. Unbelievable!
